Delivery FAQs
Does every store offer delivery?
Unfortunately, not every Thirsty Camel in South Australia offers delivery. To see if your local offers delivery, click the “CHANGE STORE” button at the top, then “FIND A STORE” and enter your post code.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery for all orders costs $9 but we do occasionally run free delivery campaigns!
How long does delivery take?
Express Delivery can be delivered as quick as 2 hours. You are also able to schedule a delivery for a suitable time up to 6 days away!
Can I request my drinks to be chilled?
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee your drinks will still be chilled by the time they are delivered. You can enter your request in the order notes and our bottleshops will do their best to keep them cold!
How can I track my order?
Unfortunately, you are unable to track your courier driver. You will get an email once your order has been picked up from the bottleshop and is on its way.
Can someone else collect my order on behalf of me?
Unfortunately, you are unable to have someone accept your order on your behalf. You are required to show photo identification that matches the name under the order.
Can the courier driver leave my order unattended?
The courier drivers are unable to leave your order unattended under any circumstances and requires you to be home to accept the order.
What happens if I’m not there to receive my order?
If you are not available to receive your order, the courier driver will return the products to the store. This will either be refunded or the bottleshop will contact you to organise another delivery time. The store reserves the right to hold the delivery fee paid if you are determined to be at fault for the order not being delivered.
What if I don’t have any form of ID?
Unfortunately, the courier drivers are unable to deliver the products without an acceptable form of identification.
What if my order is damaged?
Our bottleshops try their best to ensure products are delivered in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our Head Office team at tcinfo@iba.net.au
What if my order can’t be fulfilled?
Bottleshops are occasionally unable to fulfill orders due to a number of reasons (out of stock, lack of courier drivers, etc). In the case of this, they will attempt to contact you before refunding this order. A refund may take 3-10 business days.
Why did the courier driver take a photo of the products?
The courier drivers are required to take photos of the products being delivered to help us with any potential issues that may arise post delivering. Don’t worry though, the drivers are trained not to include you in it!

How much does Click & Collect cost?
Click & Collect is completely free!
How quickly can I pick up my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect can be picked up as quick as 2 hours. You are also able to schedule a pickup for a suitable time up to 6 days away!
Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order on my behalf?
Unfortunately, someone else is unable to pick up your order on your behalf. You are required to show photo identification when picking up the order.
What if I am unable to make my scheduled pickup time?
If you aren’t able to make your pickup time, call your local bottleshop and they will be able to schedule another pickup time. Alternatively, they can cancel the order and refund the funds.
